are the weeds blurry or is it the university? is it roofs through weeds or do weeds pierce roofs, shred fences? are they necessarily “aesthetic accidents”, or are they only such to those who think they are groundskeepers?

if a university is not a still life is it not because weeds still sprout up, despite the plantings of fashionable flora that the university grooms and then replaces far too frequently, with each sub-season they can come up with? –are you sure you are focusing on the university and not its weeds? maybe you are– are you sure you want to be?

in either case, you could probably at least create a good picture by reversing the focus. you could also sound a lot like virginia woolf if your sentences were just a little bit longer and involved more dashes (dashery?!).
